What is the purpose of GreenNurture?
The GreenNurture mission is to provide the most revolutionary turn-key solution for organizations to achieve their sustainability goals by using the power of the web to unlock their most valuable resource - the collective intelligence of their people - to resolve the challenges in "going green" and realize positive yields in full-cost accounting.
How is GreenNurture different?
GreenNurture engages and empowers the people that comprise a company to take environmental action to directly improve the environment and their company's bottom line.
We actively engage the participant by asking them what they think should be done in their job, department, company to achieve greater sustainability. We provide the tool by which anyone in the company can make valuable suggestions...and be heard. Our system is centered on user-generated feedback. Plus, we track the results and provide in depth reports to back up the actions taken.
In addition, GreenNurture has developed a Green Action Index which uses a proprietary algorithm to provide a standardized method to gauge an organization's environmental actions. The GAI emblem sits on your organization's web site and links to a public profile page that shows off your sustainability efforts.
What does GreenNurture cost?
With the GreenNurture program, in addition to the sustainability platform that engages staff to take part in the sustainability process, participating organizations receive:
- A bank of 50 rewards points per participant per month. (A value of $5.00+ per participant per month). Rewards points are issued through our partner RecycleBank® and are redeemable at over 2,400 local and national retailers for products purchased every day or aspirations such as trips.

How does an organization get started using GreenNurture?
Ready to begin? We designed our program to be turn-key. We provide extensive online training tools to make the use of GreenNurture seamless and enjoyable.

Who manages the GreenNurture campaign?
When you join GreenNurture, your campaign is exclusive to your company. It is managed from within your own ranks by one individual at your discretion who is known as the Corporate Administrator. Other employees are invited in to become Community Members in your sustainability campaign.
Who trains our staff in the use of GreenNurture?
While GreenNurture is a turnkey system that we think is simple and intuitive to use, we understand that not everyone has the same computer savvy. Our program has built-in help tools to assist in getting started and answering questions on the purpose and functionality of the tool. We also have premium on-site training available.
